            Regarding jails and books: Most jails and prisons allow books only directly from the publisher; I am the publisher. I will mail this directly to the jail - or directly to your home. Your choice. Here is why I compiled this book: For years I have been sending my internet pages to inmates. Of course, the internet pages contain lots of hyperlinks.
