1. Upgrade #9004 by crossing out the date in the caption with a single line; Set the new date for Thursday 31 Jan 2008 by handwriting that date near the lined out date.
2. Make sufficient copies of the documents.
3. By telephone, internet, or personal visit to the Highway Patrol find out - or not - where to file administrative claim #9032 against the Highway Patrol. The California Attorney General will know. The California Highway Patrol will know.
4. Have a friend go with you to the Highway Patrol. Serve 9032 Administrative Claim upon some person there who will state his/ her name.
5. Carefully fill out a proof of service of administrative claim.

7. File a load of documents with the court. These documents include:
a. Complaint 9029
b. Application for Injunction #9004 revised.
c. Proof of service of Administrative Claim.
d. Summons ready to be certified/ blessed by the court.
e. Package including Application for fee waiver and proposed order for fee waiver.
4. Have your friend mail a copy of first 4 documents to the Attorney General.
5. Carefully fill out a proof of service by mail.
