1. Make two lists of documents:
a. List #1 will be in order of probative value. Probative value is the value of the document to prove something.
b. List #2 will simply be the list of documents in chronological order.
2. On list #1 please tell me in writing what each document proves. Don’t be stingy. Write. Tell me.
3. Some of you may actually be working with paper documents. You may need to re-arrange your paper folder/ file. Oldest documents go on the bottom. Document #1 will be the oldest and the one on the bottom of the stack.
4. Insert the list into that section of your chronology entitled “List of Documents”.
5. When I received a stack of documents in the mail I ink them with my automatic numbering machine.
6. Please write on the list anything you want to say about the document.
7. Optional. Advanced. If you use the right format for the date then you can sort a list automatically. That format is 08 8 21. The computer can sort a list of paragraphs according to the first word in the paragraph.
8. Optional. Advanced. Print a hyperlink for each uploaded document. Upload the important documents to the internet like I did with the Ron Fox case at this link: http://ronfox.250free.com/
