This is abuse of IRS power by an employee of the IRS.

News in the mail 18 May 2006
Today I received a letter from an Oregon lawyer telling me that a known liar from Quatloos has defamed me. I have published this letter and the 26 pages from 6 websites that were attached. I numbered all the pages with my automatic numbering machine. I love that machine! I don’t know who selected the exhibits. I have sent an inquiry in that regard to the Oregon bar association.
Background regarding Quatloos the IRS munchkin site.
Some years ago I found the Quatloos site. Maybe they quoted me. Don’t remember. For the past several years I have debated with the IRS employees and the other scornful cynics on Quatloos. AndyK is one of the IRS employees who spends a lot of time on the site. In the past the Quatloos people have defamed me. I complained. They removed all of the threads pertaining to me. Rather than addressing the defamatory post they tried to make their punishment punish me rather than the defaming party.
Recently they defamed me again. I complained. This time Quatloos simply banned me from the site. They continue to chat about me. Now I cannot rebut their defamatory posts.
Use of IRS name to attempt to intimidate political speech is abuse of IRS job
AndyK appears to be an IRS employee. He appears to have sent an email to the Oregon bar falsely accusing me of violating the Oregon state bar act. As you can see in the intitial email 7.jpg

Aha! Page qq5.jpg shows that a week after the initial email, the Oregon bar has received the “written” complaint. This is likely where the 26 pages of exhibits were attached.
Page 7 is the only this that we have from the actual complaining witness. As is always the case with complaints to the bar, the complaining party is not a client. The complaining party is an employee of an instrument of oppression! This “complaint” is by email. Unsigned. I suspect that AndyK picked the exhibits. He may have emailed the links to the Oregon bar; the implied animus would be that of and IRS protagonist. This causes me to think that the Oregon bar has not given me the full disclosure - and yet they want me to disclose to them. In the words of Anthony Hopkins portraying Hannibal Lechter:
“Quit pro Quo, Clairie. Quid pro Quo.”

Also, you can see the special kind of defamation: guilt by association. They are attempting to associate me with a falsely accused sex offender. I defend falsely accused sex offenders. Also, what he does not tell you is that I did not even meet Dick Drost until he was in California. His criminal case was long over by the time I even heard of him. I did win his federal case for the crashing of his helicopter though. I could have won the civil rights case for him but Dick failed to appear at federal court in Indiana on the day of the Ex Parte hearing. I had purchased plane tickets for him and his nurses. I can understand his not wanting to return to Indiana from California. He is a quadriplegic. They could easily kill or harm him in jail by negligence.
