           I, Robert Jones, hereby authorize Lawyerdude to sign my name and do whatever he chooses in order to handle this matter for me. I am often on the road and not at a desk and/or computer. Also, Lawyerdude can mail it from Oregon which is faster than my mailing it from the East Coast where I am today.

           I hereby request that the data in the ticket be provided to me. As you can see from the pictures on the internet, which I have hyperlinked for your convenience at line 5, this ticket is not legible. (Lines numbers appear in the pdf version on the net.) Please send the printed data by email or U.S. mail to my address designated in the upper left hand corner of this paper. Also, if you would prefer that I obtain this data from the officer, I am happy to do so, and would already have done so, but I cannot read his address on the ticket.

           I remember that the ticket was for speeding.

           The ticket number is written in the caption.
