undercover agents, too many 10 percenters, too many people who want something for nothing. He does legal briefs for Trial
Attorneys and is under tremendous pressure to get then out in time to Trial Lawyers in the Midwest. He still thinks that if
something works DO NOT FIX IT. WHAT THE MOVEMENT NEEDS IS "YOUNG BLOOD". Our govt plays tough, so always keep
a low profile. Drexler was on that Denver talk show every time he had to change planes in Denver, and got along with the host
famously, but one night about 2:00 A.M. when he was leaving the radio station a car tried to run him down as he crossed the
street. He fired two shots at the car but must have missed. The car had been sitting there (lights off) waiting for him to get into the
middle of the street so they could run him over. In Denver everyone carried a "Piece". I too had no bank account. (in the U.S.) but
a checking account in Canada, and a savings account with the Royal Bank of Scotland that paid me 28% interest. I too do not
believe in keeping records. Look what happened to IRWIN, LYNNE Meredith, NOW ED RIVERA Attorney, TINKER BELL,
LARKEN ROSE, DR. TOM, AND ALL THE REST OF THE FOOLS with bank accounts.
Daly. Jerome Daly (could care less about his law license), justice of the peace of the credit river case. Cases: U.S. v Grismore (Nov 1976) 546 Fed 2d 844. Aha! The case reporters deceive us! Jerome Daly, the lawyer selected by Grismore was himself a disbarred lawyer. This case is cited in Palaschak’s brief #3596 at www.lawyerdude.netfirms.com/3596.html
Ellsworth. Old Vaughn Ellsworth wasn't too bad either but was a poor speaker but a great Fighter, but my Hero is J

Joyce. Alfred M. Joyce. One "ponchavilla" reports that Attorney Alfred M. Joyce was disbarred for fighting in court but I find no
record of a lawyer by that name in the state bar roster. "Alfred was Jerome Daly's Clerk and office manager. He sold Affidavit of
Prejudice" drawn up by Atty, that he sold for about $25.00 to $50.00 Dollars and I had made copies of many years ago, but after
moving 4 times I really do not know where a copy is. I'll send you a copy of everything I have and will keep looking. and send
anything I can find. Al Joyce still practiced in the Federal Court after getting disbarred in the State Courts, so we left all that to him
(he needed the money since he punched some of the wrong people in court including a judge, but no one would tell me exactly
what happened. Alfred Joyce ran his law practice out of Jerome Daly's office, and did very well. He was an old man and a
drinker but every Friday at 8:00 P.M. he would bring drinks over to the local Bank, and he sat while the Banker counted the
money. Old Al Joyce poured the drinks heavy and later put some "knock out drops" in the Bankers drink and Al was smart, he
only took $500.00 each time, and the banker figured he was close enough. One time I needed $300.00 fast and Al Joyce took
me to the banker on Friday night and showed me how he got $500.00 from the banker. The Banker could not hold his booze.
So Old Al did not have to work too hard during the day with a sure $500.00 each Friday night. No One would give me any
information on Old Al except he punched a judge. Poncho came up with the following: “His office was in Savage Minnesota after
he joined up with Jerome Daly. Before that I do not know.” I'll dig but I left Minn. in 1973 and Alfred M. Joyce died soon after
that. I believe his middle initial was M. I will continue to search old files.
Kellems. Vivian KELLEMS (tough-smart-never stepped backwards- full steam ahead-thoughtful- risked all for Tax Freedom and WON.) These were people of Character that gave their all 100 percent of the time.

Mahoney. Martin V. Mahoney, Justice of the peace of Credit River Fame. a DIRT FARMER, uneducated, honest, and did not need a book to tell him what was right or wrong. HE WAS THE GREATEST OF THE GREAT AND ALWAYS WILL BE, SINCE HE TOOK ON THE "banksters" (Knowing full well that they would have to silence him once and for all) and was poisoned within 6 months from the date of his decision.. Once you knew him, you would NEVER FORGET HIM. "THE GREATEST OF THE GREAT" Amen!!!
McBraity. Arty McBraity. Charlie Sprinkle says: The group I was in, Was headed by Arty McBraity, The Feds.Framed him, On and armored car Heist,. They gave Him life and a Day. I was the only one of the Group, "Some 60 strong" That never went to jail for something. Poncho says: Arty McBraity got in with a group of Bad Men. They killed the radio announcer (late night talk show host in Denver) because he was Jewish and did not agree with them.) These were the people Arty was travelling with, and he did not know all the bad things they did, and did not have an alibi when the thing WENT DOWN. He had gotten Married before he went in and he came back early to die.(he was a broken man and bed ridden). I was close friends with Arty, I went to his wedding, We were in court battles together, We worked all night, getting ready for Court. I can tell you this. If Arty had Known any thing about those people he would not have had anything to do with them, But being the person he was, He did some paper work for them, They paid him with some of the money from the Brinks Armored Car, And Not that much, Just enough to get the numbers, off some bills, That's all it took, I still fight for the right things, So far I have never lost to them, I have beat them at every turn, That's a pretty good record, For a period of 40 years, The Government Robbed me in 1960, I said then: I hope you got all you want, Because that is all you going to get, I'll burn it first, The way I work, If Government would get any, I just would not do it, Bank accounts and Records, will jail them every time, Along with marked money, I have told people that for the past 40 years, If the Government don't rob you, the bank will.

Porth. Arthur Porth (a true gentleman-soft spoken but carried a big stick). Charles says: Arthur Porth Was an old man, when I was starting in the Tax movement. And If I remember correctly, He Died, shortly after, He had been in Jail, More then once. Poncho says: Porth was the one that got Jerome Daly and Bill Drexler into the taxfight. Porth was a Sweet old man, when I met him in 1964, always polite, and never raised his voice, but was extremely strong in his convictions.He went to Lexington Penitentory (for medical help and the judge wanted him examined) and they stuffed him with drugs so bad he did not know his name when he got out. When I saw him get off the bus, I cried. I could not believe that our government would to that to a human being. Porth never was right again.
Sanders. Gary Sanders. Poncho Villa says: He lives at 130/132 Cadmus Leucadia, Ca. and is half owner of the place. Call 1-858-481-0822 and ask for Attorney Gary's home phone number. He used to work there but got on drugs bad. Don't mention me
either. Just tell them you lost his phone number. and need to talk to him. Please do not print this post or it's Good bye. I
remember his name: Gary Sanders. Attorney Disbarred in Washington State for drugs and drinking. Practices with a lawyer in
Del Mar Cal. because he still has not been disbarred by Fed. Court. Offices out of his home and out of an Immigration Office in
Del Mar. Get the name and phone number of the Atty there (he is licensed only in Fed.Court (flunked the bar in Cal.) Sorry I just
could not remember his name before. Call the number and tell them you have to talk to Gary Sanders Atty about a case he was
handling for you before you left town. I don't know is he's got a listed phone number but you have his address so ask
information. He sleeps in late so call him around 10:00 A.M. Good luck. If he's still drinking and drugging he may be down a lot.
Good luck. Gary got disbarred for booze, drugs etc in the State of Washington, He moved out of state and found that he was still
legal in Fed. Court and now is back on drugs bad, but has made tons of money over the last 10 years. Gary Sanders worked for
the Immigration Office about the same time as did in 1986. you should check out Gary disbarred in the state of Washington for
drugs, but still licensed in the Federal Courts (catch him quick since he's on drugs bad again.) He's been in the hospital alot for
drugs lately and going down hill fast. God I have to open boxes 30 years old but will continue the search. Gary Sanders used to
be the office Lawyer for North County Legalization Services in Del Mar Cal. but he got hooked on drugs and is in and out oo the
hospital and is being Fazed out as the Office Lawyer because of his health, poor attendence etc.
He now works out of his house, and does not take too many new cases. He was an Attorney in the State of Washington before
he moved to Cal. but got disbarred. He never got disbarred in Federal Court and moved to Cal. as soon as the bar came after
him (He did not fight it) You may get the rest from him. That is all I know. He is good handling clients and he returns phone calls
(like many attys do not). Thats all I know.
Wolfgram, Jonathan. Exposed corruption in Placerville. Disbarred for methamphetamine and mental unsuitability. Uncommunicative.
