Highlights of Bill Drexler’s work:

The Bar became enraged when we had these facts published in the paper about how crooked the bar was, and that they did nothing to get rid of crooked judges. Both of us were disbarred on the same day about one month before my reelection to Justice of the Peace for Ramsey County in which I got over 80,000 votes, (10,000 votes more than the mayor got).

At that time the bar association was run by a bunch of ass kissing drunks that had as it's main concern to keep lawyers strictly to the "Minimum fee schedules"set by the Bar,

. Jerome and I sued the Bar on this claiming it was a violation of the Intestate Commerce Act, and the case was dismissed, but we took an appeal and we won the appeal (they settled with us while the case was pending in the Supreme Court) and threw out the Minimum Fee schedule.

[For background on the Credit River Decision mentioned in the following

*****************************************************

From: Jim <patriotx@b...>

Subject: Bill's Disbarment For those of you who have wondered ...

Here is Bill's own explanation of how and why he was disbarred ... Jim

On Dec. 7, 1968, I was the associate Justice of the Peace along with Justice Martin V. Mahoney, Justice of the peace for Credit River Township wherein a jury of 12 held that Federal Reserve Notes were "Frauds" and were not good and valuable consideration for a mortgage since as the Banker testified, the money was created out of thin air. After that Decision, Jerome Daly and myself were "persona Non grata" in the court system, and especially with Federal Judge, Miles Lord, who kept

threatening us with contempt each time we appeared in his court.

Jerome and I decided to resign from the American Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association, and sent in our notice of withdrawal. We also refused to pay the bar fees, since they did not go for anything except to help elect crooked judges, such as Albin S. Pearson, who's son in law was an attorney with a large law firm, and since Judge Pearson was the complete head of the Probate Court, and if you needed the judge to sign any probate orders, all attorneys had to engage the son in law as associate counsel (and split the legal fees with him) in order to get an order signed. Judge Pearson came up for reelection, and was unopposed, but I was asked to contribute $500.00 to his reelection committee. I refused and threatened to run for judge against him calling him the most crooked judge that I had ever known in the

newspaper and I exposed his gig with an add asking for some other lawyer to

run against him.

Needless to say at that time, The Bar came after both Jerome Daly and myself. Also the IRS came after us.

Jerome Daly and myself were disbarred on the same day in 1971 since we told the supreme court that the bar cannot issue a license to practice law, only the state can issue such a license, and there was in fact no license issued by the state of Minnesota. At the hearing, I told the Bar Association, that I get my license to practice law from my client, and since I was qualified by law to practice law, I was going to continue doing so without their phony license.

Jerome and I had decided that we could do better for our clients with out their "Stool Pigeon Cannons of Ethics" since we had taken an oath to support the U>S. Constitution, and the new oath that all lawyers were taking was to support the Canons of Ethics of the American bar Association (NOT the U.S.Constitution), and of course Jerome and I would not sign the new oath.

At that time the bar association was run by a bunch of ass kissing drunks that had as it's main concern to keep lawyers strictly to the "Minimum fee schedules"set by the Bar, so they could charge more money for the work they did. Jerome and I sued the Bar on this claiming it was a violation of the Intestate Commerce Act, and the case was dismissed, but we took an appeal and we won the appeal (they settled with us while the case was pending in the Supreme Court) and threw out the Minimum Fee schedule.

At the time I was very militant as to our government taking away our rights, and of course they tried Jerome Daly for failure to file taxes, and he lost. They tried Arthur Porth for the same thing and he lost. Then they tried me, and I won a Landmark Decision,(which the press would not publish but I held a press conference and the Mpls Star Journal published my WIN,

and then the Atlanta Republic published it and many of the big city papers around the country published my win.

I took out a big ad in the paper explaining why I won, and that there was no law that required anyone to file or pay income taxes.

One day I was going to the state capitol and noticed that the U>N> flag was flying from the top of the state capitol, and the U.S. Flag was BENEATH it along side of the flag of the State of Minnesota. I called Jerome Daly and we got a photographer out to take pictures, and the same day we filed a lawsuit in the Federal District Court naming the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Minnesota, along with all the other justices, and the janitor as defendants, and the newspaper (in Mpls) wrote it up as did the

national newspapers, but not the St. Paul Pioneer Press. We put out Press releases calling all of them Communists and demanding their immediate removal from office.

During this time we were suing the Federal Reserve Banks, and the President of the U.S. and I think it was because of this suit that John F. Kennedy got assassinated, since he made a speech that he was going to change the money system of the U.S.. About one week after he got sued by us, and the next thing I knew he was shot.

I could go on for hours about all the things the Democratic Farmer Labor Party was doing in Minnesota, and was a Communist front. We were holding press conferences and distributing press releases about twice a week showing how crooked the whole system was especially the Federal Reserve Banking System.

The Citizens were mad, and the politicians were running for cover, vowing to get both of us.

I'm not one bit ashamed about getting disbarred, and my only regret was that I did not have enough money to publicize the crooked judges more with more investigations.

Best personal regards.

Today, I would do the same thing but only bigger and better, and I know a lot more. My feelings have not changed and since Waco, Ruby Ridge, etc. I only feel

stronger that we have nothing but crooks as politicians and judges.

(Slightly Etited to make stand alone document from email discussion)

Jerome Daly was from Savage Minn. and a close friend of mine. The "Credit River" decision (was) where a jury in a Justice of the Peace court trial found that Federal Reserve Notes were not Moneys of Account of the United States and the court in his opinion found them to be 'FRAUDS'.

This case was on Dec. 7, 1968 before Justice Martin V. Mahoney of Credit River Minn. and I was an associated Justice since Justice Mahoney had never tried a jury trial and I was asked by "Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court, Oscar Knutson, (commonly known as "King Knute") to assist Justice Mahoney, since the Bank of Montgomery was represented by an attorney, and Jerome Daly was an attorney, and the case was about "Failure of Consideration" by a bank in a mortgage foreclosure on Jerome's cabin at Prior Lake, Minn..

Justice Mahoney declared that only "Gold and Silver Coins" were moneys of account of the United States, and that the Constitution is still the LAW today. "No state shall make any "THING" but Gold and Silver Coin a tender in payment of debts..." And of course since the Federal Government had been given only 18 to 20 powers under the Constitution it was a "Limited Government", and according to the 9th and 10th amendments the states and the people were Sovereign, and
retained for themselves all of the other rights not specifically given to the Feds.

When news of the jury's decision was picked up by Vern Myers and written about in his newsletter, "Myers Finance and Commerce" and sent world wide the whole world was afraid to accept FRAUDS and it got so big that they had Justice Mahoney killed within 6 months and Jerome and I had a couple of close calls too.

I've published the book: "The Credit River Decision" for 20 years now, but sold my last copy about 6 months ago, since like Waco, no one was interested in it after the Govt put their "SPIN DOCTORS' to work to try to discredit it. This like the "Special Appearance" really needs to be studied to learn the real truth about our "Funny Money" system of creating Money "Out of thin Air" by the Banksters.

During the trial, on cross examination the President of the "Bank of Montgomery"
testified that the banks regularly "create money out of thin air."

Jerome asked the Bank President:
"If you were just opening up your bank and no one had yet made a deposit, and I came into your bank, and wanted to take out a loan of $18,000.00, could you loan me that money?

When the Bank President said, "Yes." I thought the jury would faint.

Jerome than said , "Does this mean that you can create money out of thin air?" The Bank President said: "Yes. We can create money out of thin air." Justice Mahoney then said "IT SOUNDS LIKE FRAUD TO ME" and everybody in the court room nodded their heads indicating that they agreed with Justice Mahoney.
--The jury went out and returned a verdict in favor of Jerome Daly on the basis that the Federal Reserve Notes were not legal and valid consideration for a mortgage note contract

--Those that have a copy of "The Credit River Decision" just won't part with it, and it's too expensive to print just a few copies, so I really don't know where you'll get a copy.

Good luck on your case, and I hoped that I helped you a little.

Bill, <snip>
This information must be published. As Lincoln said teach the Constitution in our schools, preach it from the pulpits. The Internet is both and more.

(Charles)
Bill has some very good information that he would like to either offer for sale in "bound books" or "post far and wide." I think we can help him and should.

I agree with you, and think it should be put in every class room as required reading. I could reprint the book, but this list will not let me advertise it and I don't want to be left with 50 copies since I don't have room for all my other books now.
I would do anything to get it on the Internet, but recently I had forms of "Demand for Immunity, and Public servants questionnaires,,," , etc., and 10 people said that if I faxed them to them, they would put it on the Internet. All 10 came up with lame excuses, once they had their copies. Total Bull <***>. No one put them on the Internet.

No more.
Do you have any suggestions?
