That is the month that Defendant Wortsmith telephoned Robert Sean Kelly and coincidentally the month that Robert Royce Kelly suffered his stroke according to the partially perjurious affidavit of Robert Sean Kelly depicted in Exhibit 4 4.html
Probative Value:
Page 1 of the patent shows my then-address which is constructive notice, proof to the world, that I am not the person who lived where Robert Royce Kelly lived. Also, page 1 shows the names of my 2 lawyers: Erich Karich and William Lovell. This is proof to the world, constructive notice, that Robert Royce Kelly was not the inventor. Anybody could have searched the patent records or bar records for Lovell or Karich and found them and me.
