Here is a link to Exhibit 1: 1.pdf
Exhibit #1 is a side-by-side comparison of page from my 1993 inventor’s notebook and the Sept 2002 photo of the infringing Ryobi device which was designed from my drawings. Probative value: This picture tends to prove that Ryobi’s Laser Arbor does indeed infringe on my patent but the better proof is that Ryobi paid $1 million to Joe Wortsmith for what they thought was my patent. Also Wortsmith built the prototype for the first Ryobi device by employing a government agency, KTEC, to follow my drawings that I submitted to the patent office and to Wortsmith.
Date: 1993 Dec. Inventor’s Notebook.
Date of photo: Sept 2002. Photo by Attorney/ Engineer Expert Harland Burge of California.
